Question
Will the radio waves become attenuated if
the wireless device and the entire antenna are put into a plastic case?
Answer
The radio waves will be transmitted through the plastic case. They will
not be attenuated. Do not, however, apply silver-colored paint to the
plastic case. Aluminum powder contained in the paint will make it
difficult for the radio waves to travel.
