Question
What is the feedback circuit for in Safety
Relay Units?
Answer
The feedback circuit is used, for example, to detect welding in NO
contacts in contactors that drive motors.
It is possible to ensure safety because this
feedback circuit prevents the Safety Relay Unit restarting even if the NO
contacts in the contactor are welded.
However, the contactors need to be doubled.
