In addition to the foregoing copyright notice, use of the Server shall be subject to the user’s acknowledgement of the following conditions:

No service through the server shall be construed as an assignment or license of any intellectual property right, including, but not limited to, copyright, patent, design patent or trademark contained in the Work.
