Manipulate PLC Data in Excel without Any Additional Programming

Now you can download PLC data into Excel spreadsheets or enter production data, settings, or other data into Excel spreadsheets for uploading to PLCs. Each read/write series is easily set on menus in the communications cells so there is no need for any special programming. The PLC Reporter 32 provides an environment that allows just about anyone to easily collect and transmit onsite data.

Features

Easy Operation

There’s no need for any programming or special knowledge. Just a few settings in the windows enable collecting PLC data in real time without long setup delays.

Greatly Reduce Setup Costs

Basically, a system can be set up with a computer, the PLC Reporter 32, Excel, and a Host Link Connecting Cable. Setup time and costs are greatly reduced.

Modem Module

A Modem Module is now available as a standard feature. By including the Modem Module, a modem connection can be used to easily collect PLC data of remote PLC over a telephone line.

Multi-network Version

A package is available with support for all OMRON FA networks, including Host Link, SYSMAC LINK, Controller Link, and Ethernet.

Automatic Saving and Printing

Just set the saving time, printing time, communications start time, and related settings, and management work can be essentially automated. Both times and conditions can be specified simultaneously, with a maximum of 32 specifications. The sheets to be printed can also be set for each specification.

History Function

This history function makes creating daily report easier than ever. History records can be created using three different methods: Periodically, based on bit status, or once a day. Use the methods best suited to the application to automatically download the desired PLC data to Excel.

Set Communications for Consecutive Cells

Continuous areas of PLC data area memory can be read/written for continuous cells in a worksheet. Setting cells is also possible on continuous horizontal and vertical cells; just select a range of cells and make the required settings for all the cells together.
