How to Register:
Kindly fax/mail registration form 3 weeks before the training course date. All
payment have to be made two weeks before training course date after confirmation
otherwise registration may be considered invalid. In case of cancellation,
please inform at least 7 days before training.
Payment:
All payment can be made to Omron Electronics Sdn Bhd using cheque or bank draft.
Course scheme:
This course is registered under PROLUS Scheme. However, claims eligible will be
based on each company individual merit.
Written Cancellation:
Registration cancelled 7 days prior to the events are subject to a RM 100
service charge. There will be no refunds for notice received less then 7 days
prior to the events. A substitute may be made at any time at no extra cost. We
reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course or make any changes to the
programme whenever deemed necessary.
